How we work

Apply to Our Network

When you reach out to us via our contact form, we will add you to our list of companies awaiting our verification process. Once on this list, you will be sent the T&C’s of joining our network. This process is completely free.

Verification Process

We review your company and experience to ensure you meet our high standards for quality and reliability. This process includes liability insurance checks, checks of your company house and references from 3 of your previous customers.

Joining our Trades

Once you have passed the verification process, you will be added to our list of tradesmen and will receive requests of work from our customers including images and a brief description of the work. To progress with the selected job, you would be required to forward a quote of the job and an approximate time scale of the job.

Confirmation of Job completion

Once the work has been carried out, there is then a 2 week grace period to confirm that the customer is happy with the work carried out.
