 When you reach out to us via our contact form, we search our list of pre-vetted tradesmen to find the perfect match for you, taking into consideration the work requried, your location and images attached.

Confirm Your Quote

 Once we have found the best tradesmen for your requirements, we will send you the quote for the job and wait for you to either confirm or decline the quote.

Payment

 Once the quote has been confirmed, we will then take the payment as listed on the quote and hold onto it till after the work is carried out and you have confirmed you’re happy with the work carried out.

Confirmation of Satisfaction

 Once the work has been carried out, there is then a 2 week grace period to confirm that you’re happy with the work carried out. Once that grace period has ended, that is when the funds are forwarded to the tradesmen
